I’ve spent over thirty years studying and facilitating work at the intersection of healing, leadership, embodiment, and spiritual awakening.
I draw from a deep well: somatic therapy, energy medicine, spiritual psychology, and business mentoring.
As a guide, a space holder, and a fellow traveler, my approach is intuitive and collaborative — grounded in service and aligned with the Divine.
